Revitalization Program for New Residential Construction on île de Hull
This revitalization program offered by Gatineau provides subsidies to expand or build, and to encourage the demolition or reconstruction of, buildings for residential use.
The amount to which a property owner may be entitled is based and allocated over several years. An additional two years are granted for LEED projects.
