This revitalization program offered by Gatineau provides subsidies to expand or build, and to encourage the demolition or reconstruction of, buildings for residential use.

Eligibility criteria

  • The program applies to new buildings of three or more stories containing at least four dwellings.
  • A building permit must be approved no later than December 31, 2011.

Subsidy

The amount to which a property owner may be entitled is based and allocated over several years. An additional two years are granted for LEED projects.
