1 Income security beneficiaries get the card for free upon presentation of their claim booklet.
2 Individuals whose annual income is under $40,000 should have their provincial or federal notice of assessment on hand.
3 Upon presentation of a part-time or full-time student card.
Go to one of the Gatineau public library service points, with valid ID and proof of residence.To renew a subscription, you must have your Accès Gatineau card in hand. Also, you must confirm your address by providing proof of residence and pay off any balance showing on your record.
