Fire stations

The Service de sécurité incendie (SSIG) has eight fire stations spread out over a 358 square kilometre territory. They are situated so as to ensure optimal response times.

The pumper-tanker truck is specially equipped to cover the types of incidents that can occur at the Gatineau executive airport.

Fire station #8 – Cadieux-Laflamme

This station serves the two eastern Gatineau sectors: Buckingham and Masson-Angers. It replaces the former Roméo-Lorrain (Buckingham) and Armand-Laflamme (Masson-Angers) stations.
