Mental health resources and support

For some people, managing change and uncertainty leads to stress, anxiety and depression. The following resources can help.

Over the phone

Psychosocial intervention professionals will help and provide information and advice as needed. Just call Info-Social 811 o 1-877-644-4545 (toll-free).

Online documents

Quebec's ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux (MSSS) Web site is filled with information about COVID-19 and its symptoms, as well as about ways to help our family and close friends, people in mourning and our children.

The Government of Quebec's Self-Care guide was prepared to help people make the best possible decisions regarding their health and that of their family and close friends during the COVID-19 pandemic. It sets out the best ways to protect yourself from COVID-19 and to care for yourself and those around you, and tells you where to turn when you think that you need care or services. The document is available in both English and French at Québec.ca/coronavirus.

For additional information, contact the regional representatives (Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de l'Outaouais) at 1-819-644-4545  or 1-877-644-4545.
