Citizens wishing to address the elected officials should arrive at the meeting at 6:30 p.m. An item entitled "Residents' question period" is included in the agenda of each meeting.

During the question period, those who have given their name will be accompanied to the Salle des Fêtes to ask their question.

The public will be able to attend the municipal council meeting in person or watch it live or replayed. In order to ensure the health of everyone, those who come to the Maison du citoyen must respect the sanitary measures in effect.

Note: Anyone with questions regarding items on the agenda or a previous municipal council decision is invited to attend. Please note that questions regarding City services should be directed to the 311 Non-urgent call centre.

These meetings generally take place every month, in salle Jean-Despréz, Maison du citoyen, starting at 7 p.m. The municipal council also meets once a year in each different sector of the city.

The meetings are also broadcasted live on MAtv and available the next day on the City's Web site.

These meetings are opportunities to ask elected officials questions about matters related to municipal affairs. Citizens who want to ask questions must register before 7 p.m.
