The actual value of properties listed on the 2024 roll is based on market conditions at July 1, 2022.

Economic data collection is necessary to determine the property value of income properties. This information must be provided to us under section 18 of the Municipal Taxation Act and will be treated confidentially.
The Service d'évaluation de la Ville de Gatineau has provided an online form to guide you through the process of entering the required data.

You must have the unique access code provided on the economic data request form that you received by mail.
