Canadian Public Relations Society (CPRS) Gold Award

On May 28, 2018, the jury of the Canadian Public Relations Society (CPRS) awarded the Service de police de la Ville de Gatineau (SPVG) a Gold Award for its #KEEPITPRIVATE prevention program. This is the highest distinction of excellence in the “Canadian Advocacy and Social Marketing Campaign of the Year” category. Each year at the National Awards of Excellence, CPRS recognizes outstanding public relations programs and projects from across the country.

Intersection Award of Excellence

In October 2017, the SPVG won the Intersection Award of Excellence for its #KEEPITPRIVATE program. This award was presented by the Réseau Intersection and the Ministère de la Sécurité publique du Québec during the recognition evening of the 24th Intersection/MSP Seminar. This award is a tangible recognition of the best practices of community policing in Québec police organizations.

Flèches d'Or—AMR/Grenier aux nouvelles Award

In June 2018, the SPVG won an award for the best creative and customer experience campaign, Grenier aux nouvelles, at the Gala Flèches d'Or of the Association du marketing relationnel or AMR (now the Association Marketing Québec).
