Gatineau, September 28th, 2013. – Gatineau would like to inform residents that the preventive boil water advisory for the Masson-Angers sector has been lifted.

Analyses of the samples collected indicate that the water is potable and meets current quality standards in every respect.

You must now:

• open all cold water taps and let the water run for one minute or until it gets cold before you use it (the same procedure applies to water fountains), and
• any ice made with water obtained during the preventive boil water advisory is to be discarded.

Gatineau thanks you for your usual cooperation.
