Resumption of the on-request collection of bulky items to be reused or recovered

Gatineau, May 19, 2020. – The on-request collection of bulky items to be reused or recovered resumes today. As you recall, the service was interrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In the interest of safety, organizations hired by Gatineau will no longer be able to enter private homes. Anyone interested in availing themselves of this service will have to place their bulky items outside, near the building and protected from the weather. Gatineau also invites the public to carefully clean items before putting them out in order to limit the risk of contamination.
