Lifting of the preventive boil water advisory for part of Masson-Angers area
Gatineau, June 3th, 2022. – The preventive boil water advisory for a part of the Masson-Angers area is now partielly lifted. Analyses and tests confirm that the water is safe to consume.
Quick facts
Tap water may be consumed in all homes other than those on the following address : -116 à 148 rue de la Forteresse; -521 du Progrès; -915 Montréal O.
Affected residents should open all taps and let the water run for one minute or until it runs cold because using it.
The same procedure must be followed for water fountains, and any ice that was made during the advisory should be discarded.
Gatineau will inform the public as soon as the water can once again be consumed within the affected perimeter.
