GATINEAU INVITES ITS RESIDENTS TO HELP DEVELOP ITS 2012-2014 ACTION PLAN UNDER ITS POLICY ON CULTURAL DIVERSITY
Gatineau, February 1, 2011. – Gatineau will hold a workshop on the 2012-2014 action plan under the policy on cultural diversity. This activity will take place on Thursday, February 24, 2011, from 6 to 9:30 p.m., at the centre communautaire Tétreau, located in Pavillon du parc Moussette (361 boulevard de Lucerne) in the Hull sector.
This evening will include a brief overview of the first report on the action plan under the policy, and a presentation by EPSI (Évaluation Personnel Sélection International) president André Durivage. This information will help prepare participants for the workshop discussions and exchanges. The evening will end with a plenary session. The objective of this exercise will be to help Gatineau determine the priority issues and actions for 2012 2014.
Residents will be able to participate in two different ways:
1. by attending the discussion workshop in person. Registration for these is open until February 15, 2011
2. by filling out the questionnaire that is available in municipal service centres and on the Gatineau Web site
