Preventive boil water advisory for part of Hull sector
Gatineau, February 13, 2023. - Ville de Gatineau is issuing a preventive boil water advisory for approximately 938 users in the Hull sector. This preventive boil water advisory is being issued because of a water main break on rue Normandie, near Boulevard Riel. The advisory will remain in effect until lifted.

- Rue de la Normandie; - Rue de Chaliers; - Rue de Luze; - Rue Lavallée; - Rue de Deauville; - Impasse de Brest; - Rue Arthur-Buies; - Rue Lucien-Brault (west of rue Charles-Albanel); - Rue Jumonville (between rues Lavallée and de Deauville).

Affected residents and institutions must boil their water for one minute before consuming it.

After the preventive boil water advisory is lifted: - open all cold water taps and let the water run for one minute or until it is cold, and do the same for all water fountains; and - toss out any ice made with tap water during the advisory. - for additional information: gatineau.ca or 311.
