Preventive boil water advisory for part of Gatineau sector
Gatineau, June 28, 2023. - Ville de Gatineau is issuing a preventive boil water advisory for nearly 300 homes in the Gatineau sector. This preventive advisory is issued in the context of work on the water supply system. The notice will remain in effect until lifted.
Perimeter of the advisory

The residences concerned are located : - South of rue Hupé ; - West of rue Main ; - North of boulevard Maloney Ouest ; - East of rue Broadway Ouest.

If you are in the area affected by the preventive boil water advisory

Affected individuals and establishments will be required to boil their water for one minute before consumption until the advisory is lifted.
●
After the preventive boil water advisory is lifted, you will need to: - Open all cold water faucets and let the water run for one minute or until it becomes cold before using it. The same should be done for water fountains; - Discard any ice that was made with the water while the advisory was in effect; - For more information: gatineau.ca or 311.
