Gatineau, January 13, 2016. – Today marks the launch of the À Gatineau, on se d'hivertit 2016! campaign run by the city in collaboration with Tourisme Outaouais. True to tradition, Gatineau has unveiled a full cultural, artistic and events program lineup geared at getting the most out of winter.

Quick facts

Gatineau has plenty of different activities and events to gather around throughout the winter.
This year, the spotlight is on culture at different outdoor venues around the city, including:
- the multidisciplinary Inuit art exhibition and the cultural activities on the Ruisseau de la Brasserie skating rink;
- the winter story night at place Aubry; and
- video projections bringing to life the facades of downtown buildings.
And of course, there will be the three unmissable winter events:
- the Snowflake Kingdom
- the Gatineau Loppet
- Ski Tour Canada 2016
Kids of all ages can choose from among festivals, shows, theatre, and cultural and family activities!
The winter outings guide is now available throughout the city in the publisac.
