How to make sure your bins are collected

Your bins are now emptied by a truck equipped with a robotic arm.

To enable the truck to collect your bins properly, make sure you follow the instructions below:

  • The wheels are facing your house.
  • Leave a space of 60 cm (24 in.) on each side of the bins.
  • There must be no obstacles in front of the bins.
  • The lid must be completely closed.
  • No material may overflow the bin or be placed on the lid.
  • Anti-rodent latch must be up.
  • Place your bins in your driveway or on your property, not in the street or on the sidewalk.
